Our visit took place around 7:40 PM this evening, when we were met by a foreign security guard of African descent at the entrance. Considering that we contribute to his wages through our patronage, we expected a certain level of courtesy in return. The incident displayed a lack of proper manners and customer service, which left us disappointed.
Today, my friend and I had a rather unpleasant experience at the Empire Casino involving an extremely impolite foreign security guard.
